Thommankuth

Thommankuthu waterfalls is one of the upcoming tourist destinations in Idukki which is the most nature-rich district in Kerala. Situated about 20 km from Thodupuzha town, this splendid waterfall comes down in seven steps with a cascade and pool at each step. It is a series of twelve waterfalls in the kaliyar forest range. There are a number of caves around the waterfalls. This is a favorite picnic spot to all the tourists and 12 km trek can take you to the top of the mountain. Activities like trekking, night camping, bird watching etc are arranged there. You can also enjoy boating on the lake.
