Minnampara Ecotourism

Minnampara is a 4720 feet altitude hill situated at a distance of 11 Km from Kaikatty under Kollengode Forest Range of Nemmara Division. An off road drive is a fantastic experience for the tourists.The track leading upto Karassury covering 5 Km is open to tourists subject to the conditions laid down in view of protection and conservation. Karassury offers a panoramic aerial view of the forests, the hills and Parambikulam and Aliyar Dams. Chances of sighting wildlife such as Wild Gaur, Nilgiri Tahr, etc. are also high in the area.
