Kalvari Mount

At a distance of 10 Kms from Idukki & 55 Kms from Munnar, Kalvari Mount, also known as Calvary Mount is an important tourist place in Idukki District. The Kalvari Mount Viewpoint offers a charming view of Idukki Reservoir from Idukki to Ayyappancovil on one side and panoramic view of Kamakshy and Mariyapuram villages on the other side. It is one of the most scenic places in Idukki and a must visit place in the district. The view point is situated near Thankamani Junction on Thodupuzha - Puliyanmala highway.
