This is a 4 km trekking trail which starts from ‘Nalayiram Point’ which winds its way mostly through vast teak plantations. You may see the tracks with the pugmarks of the Sloth Bear. 500 m into the trail, you reach the feeding ground of sloth bears which they frequent early in the morning. The trail at Seechali is flanked on either side by teak plantations and bamboo groves. You will be reaching to open grassland which cradles a pond. Here, a rich avian life capering about in abandon can be seen. Come December, and it bursts into life with migratory birds till June. The trail ends at Anappady.
