This trek passes through the border of the Tattekad and Munnar mountains. It is a great opportunity to see elephants, wild boars, sambar and bitterling langurs. The leopards make rare appearances as well. It's also an opportunity to see and learn about rare and endemic medicinal plants, amphibians, reptiles and insects. There are also plenty of photo opportunities.
